Example: (Based on a $500,000 home purchase and using an industry standard of 2.5% commission to the buying agent)
After being assigned a 50/50 Split realtor and subsequent purchase of a home, the homebuyer is then rewarded a percentage of the buying commission based on the # of viewings with their agent as seen in the table below.

*Provided that the homebuyer successfully completes a purchase of a residential property in Canada with the respective realtor as assigned by 50/50 Split. The commission reward is agreed to as per the Schedules in the Buyer Representation Agreement.
